Agreement

By accessing or using BioTask, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Your account

  • You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Using the Service

  • Use BioTask for lawful purposes only.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
  • Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates the law.

AI features

BioTask includes AI-assisted features to help you break down tasks or reduce decision fatigue. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for how you use them. BioTask is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis. Details about cancellations, refunds, and plan changes are covered in the Subscription Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant BioTask a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by BioTask and its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

Termination

You may stop using BioTask at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, BioTask is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
